On today’s episode I speak with Amie Fabry about her work and advocacy in early years leadership. More than this, Amie goes deep into discussing how we can each become a champion in the early years.

Amie and I discuss:

🌸 What makes for an effective leader (hint: it’s more than a checklist!)?

🌸 Amie’s advice for navigating unsupportive leadership as well as tips for aspiring early years champions.

🌸 Feelings of disconnect, tension and dichotomy - it’s not us vs. them.

🌸 The role of values, belonging, agency, community and being heard.

🌸 What to do when passion isn’t quite enough.
