As major platforms like Salesforce, Sentry, and Cloudflare adopt headless architectures, websites must prioritize "agent readiness" to remain relevant. This involves exposing standardized discovery layers like `aicatalog.json` rather than relying on outdated SEO practices. Because agents interact with websites similarly to users with accessibility needs, optimizing for machine-readability improves overall usability. Ultimately, personal assistants are becoming the primary gateway to the web, rendering traditional browsing obsolete for many routine tasks and necessitating a new infrastructure for agent-driven resource discovery.
