Clients rarely tell you what they need. They tell you what they think they need. Most designers never know the difference.

Somewhere along the way, design became about making instead of thinking. We became obsessed with deliverables, portfolios, and execution, while overlooking the one thing clients actually need from us.

And almost nobody noticed.

In this episode of The Angry Designer Podcast, we challenge one of the most deeply rooted beliefs in graphic design and reveal why so many designers spend their careers solving the wrong problems.

In this episode, you'll discover:

• Why the obvious problem is rarely the real one.
• The mindset shift that separates designers from design thinkers.
• A simple idea that could completely change how you approach every project.

The answer?

It's above the ceiling.
