Mikhaila and I talk about what it really looks like when a carnivore diet doesn’t fully resolve your symptoms, and how to troubleshoot when you feel stuck despite doing everything “right.” We dive into histamine intolerance, nutrient concerns like folate, and why some people remain highly sensitive even after years on a strict meat-based diet. A big part of our conversation focuses on Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), how environmental toxins like mold can keep your immune system stuck in overdrive, and why diet alone may not be enough for full healing.

We also walk through testing options, root cause medicine, and how to move from just managing symptoms to truly expanding your food tolerance and overall health. Make sure to listen to the full interview to learn more.
