One Registry to Rule them All - Sonny Merla, Mauro Luchetti, & Mattia Redaelli, Quantyca

Amplifon's "Amplify" program addresses the challenges of scaling AI across a global organization. The program, launched in January 2025, establishes rules for AI adoption through an operating model with a control tower for setting guidelines and a committee for strategy execution. Key focuses include governance, ensuring regulatory alignment; platform, setting up scalable infrastructure; and factory, focusing development teams on rolling out reusable solutions. To solve maintenance, governance, and scaling issues, Amplifon built an AI gateway for unified access, security, and budgeting, along with MCP, A2A, and use case registries to catalog tools, agents, and their relationships. A platform demonstration highlighted the registries' functionalities, including lineage tracking and standardized development blueprints.
