目前我们大概有90多家店

找新的customer
永远是最贵的
i call winning the existing customer
that is where the business will grow

Whatever works for thirty Outlets
may not work for ninety Outlets
because system and process has to change mah

If it works 我们记下来
不Work, we tweak, we move on

Achieve beyond expectation.
What else are we not doing yet?
okay now we’re competing in this gap
what are the other value
can we deliver,
make the gap bigger and bigger？

Training is powerful
it’s very powerful.
When we ask the team
“what do you think can be done now?”
“Ah ini tak boleh..”
“Ah itu tak boleh..”

Okay i hear you
so what can be done?
That’s where the thinking starts to change.

Asking the kind of question that makes things work
“what can be done?”
