🤖 Association Discovery Prompt:
”I'm going to niche my accounting and tax firm to just work with gym owners, the owners of fitness centers. What are associations, governing bodies, or organizations that certify for things that would be specifically just relevant to the owners of these businesses? Not necessarily fitness coaches or other adjacent things, rather, what would be most relevant for the owners of the business? Give me a table of 10 organizations and what they do, and what about them specifically targets owners of gym businesses?”

🤖 Influencer Discovery Prompt:
”I'm going to niche my accounting and tax firm to just work with gym owners, the owners of fitness centers. What are social media influencers, newsletters or podcasts that would be specifically just relevant to the owners of these businesses? Not necessarily fitness coaches or other adjacent things, rather, what would be most relevant for the owners of the business? Give me a table of 10 organizations and what they do, and what about them specifically targets owners of gym businesses?”

🤖 Ecosystem Explorer Prompt:
”I've niched my accounting firm into gym owners business owners. We provide bookkeeping and tax support to them. But my real goal is to niche several layers deeper by identifying adjacent vendors in the ecosystem that I can support as well. Think specifically about the world of gym owners , in a very nuanced way, not mainstream things that consumers would be aware of. List 30 types of adjacent businesses in the ecosystem that would support gym owners entrepreneurs in a bullet list that I could begin offering services to. Ensure they're real types of businesses. List them on one line each, very concise, no pre or post text.”
