I am very excited to bring this conversation to you all around healing our sexuality, especially as women. So many of us are still playing small in life and feeling disconnected from our true power, and I believe that this conversation reveals a big part of why that is. DISCLAIMER: Neither Angela nor I are experts in this topic, this is simply an open conversation between two friends who have started to explore this realm themselves and wanted to share their personal experiences on the podcast. That said, Angela has recently become certified to facilitate holistic sexuality workshops and the journey she has been on over the past few years has completely transformed her life. In this episode she openly shares her experience as well as many of the lessons she has learned along the way including powerful, practical tips for how to start on this path.

Though these topics are still a bit taboo in today's world, it's such a powerful aspect of healing and coming home to ourselves that can help us step into the fullness of our potential as human beings.
