Alissa is an international DJ, sound healer, and founder of Deep House Yoga, a live DJ yoga brand that melds her love of music and wellness in transformative events and shows. Deep House Yoga’s mission is to provide a playful heartfelt yoga experience with state-of-the-art sound, and unique spaces. All while advocating for mental health and philanthropic causes near and dear to the communities heart.

In this episode Alissa and I dive into the beauty of honoring your mental health, how she found her calling through her own healing journey, and the power of finding your right wellness tools.
