To rebuild trust and achieve ambitious goals, smaller "coalitions of the willing" should be formed. These dynamic groups, comprising diverse actors like countries, civil society organizations, and businesses, can act boldly and demonstrate effective models for addressing complex challenges such as AI governance, migration, and food security. The LEAF coalition, focused on reducing deforestation, serves as a successful example of this approach, highlighting the potential for 21st-century international cooperation.
