Welcome back to another episode of The Meat Mafia Podcast! In this solo episode, Harry dives deep into the importance of community, accountability, and personal growth. Drawing from his own experiences moving to Austin, training for an Ironman, and starting various groups, Harry shares a powerful framework for finding the right people to push you forward. Plus, he lays down a spicy little 30-day challenge to help you kickstart your 2025 with consistency and focus. If you’re feeling stuck or need that extra push, this episode is for you!

Also, if you need that "kick start" I talked about in the podcast, I highly recommend following these steps to get your group challenge going:
1. Pick your 2 people
2. Send them this episode of the podcast
3. Explain to them the rules of the challenge:

30 days straight (as a group)
30 minutes at 3mph on the treadmill (goal of 15 degree incline for the whole 30 minutes - it's okay if you need to work up to this)
Start a group chat with your 2 friends you're challenging
Send a picture of your treadmill everyday as proof of completion
Come up with a fun name for your group (ours is called the Brick Layers Society)
