Case #4 Vanity Plate

The podcast episode centers on deciphering the meaning behind a license plate that reads "I love 9-11," which Starlee Kine and her friend Miranda spotted years prior. Despite several attempts to interview Margaret, Kine is only able to have one brief phone call with her.
