As humans we are communal creatures--we need human connection! However, living in community is not always easy--especially given the more complex and nuanced ways we can show up in community at our disposal in this day and age than there's ever been before (like social media, for example).

In this episode, we cover how to find the balance between hyper-individualism and co-dependency. Specifically, we talk about some yoga philosophy concepts (avidya, atman, and brahman) that help conceptualize this, and concrete and practical skills from the Gottman Institute to put this stuff in practice in all your interactions.
