On October 28, 2026, HHS said it will allow pharmacies to compound six popular peptides: BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon. Not one of them is FDA approved, and the Associated Press reported that FDA scientists opposed the change. In this episode, Robert Lufkin MD explains what the policy actually allows, the conditions pharmacies have to meet, and what the human evidence shows for each of the six peptides. He also covers the risks and three questions to ask before considering any compounded peptide.
