Roxy Striar and Mike Kalinowski are taking over The Kristian Harloff Show today to break down the biggest stories in Marvel, DC, and Hollywood! The main conversation centers on Avengers: Doomsday and whether Marvel Studios' massive December event movie could actually shatter the box office records recently set by Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

With Robert Downey Jr. returning to the MCU as Doctor Doom, the Avengers assembling alongside characters from the X-Men and Fantastic Four, and anticipation continuing to build, just how big can Avengers: Doomsday get? Roxy and Mike discuss whether Doomsday could become a historic box office event and potentially challenge the biggest movies of all time.

Marvel is also preparing audiences for Doomsday in a big way. Disney has revealed a pre-Avengers: Doomsday watchlist, while new information about Marvel Studios' 2028 slate gives us a better idea of where the MCU could be heading after Doomsday and toward Avengers: Secret Wars. We'll combine both stories to discuss Marvel's larger strategy and the future of the MCU.

Then it's time for a LANTERNS SPOILER REVIEW! Roxy and Mike dive into HBO and DC Studios' Lanterns, discussing the series with full spoilers, the biggest moments, what worked, what didn't, and what it means for the larger DCU. They also discuss Kyle Chandler revealing that Lanterns nearly went in a very different direction when it came to superhero suits.

⚠️ SPOILER WARNING: The Lanterns discussion will contain spoilers.

Finally, the writer of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow has spoken out about DC's Supergirl movie following its theatrical run. What happened with the film, and what does its performance mean for the future of James Gunn and Peter Safran's DCU?
