In this quick tip episode, Fiona Killackey explores the hidden workload behind seemingly straightforward business tasks and why underestimating the time, energy and effort involved can leave us feeling frustrated with ourselves. From creating content and updating websites to pitching for speaking opportunities, Fiona shares a practical way to break down those tasks and plan for what they actually require.

You'll learn:

Why simple tasks aren't necessarily easy, and how confusing the two can lead to unnecessary guilt and self-criticism.
How words like 'just' can minimise the real work involved in everyday business activities.
A practical approach to breaking bigger tasks into smaller, actionable steps so you can plan more realistically and make progress.
