So Episode 8 of the Future Self Series is all about money, and more specifically, how we can actually set ourselves up financially for the futures we're working so hard to build.

Because as much as we all love making big plans for our lives, when was the last time you sat down and made a proper plan for your money? (And no, occasionally checking your bank balance and hoping for the best doesn't count).

I think so many of us, especially women, have been made to feel like investing, pensions and building wealth are things we're just supposed to figure out on our own. So I've brought in the brilliant Bola Sol, financial adviser and author, to make the whole thing feel a lot less intimidating.

We're getting into the money mistakes we're all making, the financial systems we should be setting up now, and the practical steps we can take today to make sure future us is in a much better position. Consider this your much-needed money reset.
