In this episode of The President’s Daily Brief:

- First up—The United States and Israel are reportedly preparing for another round of strikes against Iran following November's midterm elections. With military planners considering a short but intensive campaign, questions are growing about whether renewed attacks could force Tehran to make concessions or trigger a wider conflict.
- Later in the show—The Pentagon is reportedly developing a new deep-cover espionage program targeting China and other American adversaries. The initiative could expand U.S. intelligence operations into economic warfare.
- Plus—Russia is reportedly using commercial fishing trawlers to spy on Britain's critical undersea cables. British officials warn Moscow may be mapping the infrastructure for future sabotage that could disrupt communications and essential services.
- And in today's Back of the Brief—Israel prepares for next week's elections, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's political future uncertain as voters prepare to decide the country's next government.
