My Amazon Guy is putting its brand-building strategy to the test. Can MAG turn a growing supplement brand into a $100M business?

In this video, Steven Pope and Noah Wickham meet with Scott, who runs a $250 million company outside his supplement business, to discuss an electrolyte brand already selling over 4,000 units per month.

The discussion covers product positioning, manufacturing challenges, inventory management, and scaling in a competitive Amazon category. Scott also proposes a potential partnership with MAG, opening the door to a new opportunity.

As part of MAG's Building in the Open series, the team shares how it evaluates real business opportunities, makes strategic decisions, and approaches building an Amazon brand from the ground up.
