In this episode of The President’s Daily Brief:

- First up—Iran's regime faces a growing armed insurgency as opposition groups launch increasingly sophisticated attacks against government security forces. Militants are targeting police stations, military convoys, and senior commanders in southeastern Iran, opening another front of instability as Tehran struggles with war, economic turmoil, and domestic unrest.
- Later in the show—British counterterrorism police re-arrest two men suspected of assisting Iranian intelligence near RAF Fairford, an air base used by American bombers conducting strikes against Iran. The investigation raises questions about possible Iranian operations targeting U.S. military assets on British soil.
- Plus—New reporting reveals that Elon Musk personally ordered restrictions on Ukraine's military Starlink service, disrupting battlefield communications and drone operations. The decision reportedly blindsided officials in Kyiv and Washington, raising questions about who controls a communications network essential to Ukraine's war effort.
- And in today's Back of the Brief—Russia releases 74-year-old American teacher Stephen Hubbard after more than four years in captivity, as President Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff meets with Vladimir Putin for renewed peace talks. The release comes as Moscow continues its military campaign against Ukraine.
