Imagine working in a club with your best friends, dating your coworkers, and having all of it filmed for millions of people to watch. 😅

Southern Hospitality is genuinely one of my favorite reality shows because, to me, reality TV is basically sociology. Strip away the cameras, and you're left with office politics, workplace relationships, communication, conflict, leadership, and all the messy dynamics that happen whenever people work together.

Today I'm joined by TJ Dinch and Michols Peña from Southern Hospitality for an unfiltered conversation about what really happens behind the scenes. We get into office politics, dating coworkers, navigating friendships at work, personal branding, what the cameras don't show, and, of course, plenty of reality TV tea.

Whether you're here because you love Southern Hospitality or because you're fascinated by how people behave at work, I think you're going to love this one.

If you haven't watched Southern Hospitality yet, you need to. You can stream every season on Hayu!
