Sales Performance Analysis

When sales decline, audit your past successful strategies by comparing time investment—reducing customer interaction by even 20 minutes can directly correlate with dropping conversion rates, as demonstrated by Jessica Layla at Xerox who experienced sudden deal losses after a year of success despite having a fuller pipeline.

Closing Techniques

Advance sales through micro-commitments by asking direct questions like "Based on what I've shown you, what do you believe is the next step?" or "Have you seen enough to make a decision?" rather than avoiding confrontation with customers.

Close or advance the sale immediately after the meeting before customers become occupied with competing priorities and constant incoming calls—if they decline, request feedback for improvement; if they accept, directly ask for the order.

Sales Psychology

Selling from fear of losing a deal guarantees failure because clients detect desperation and fear, requiring salespeople to fix their mindset before they can fix their sales performance.

Challenge customers directly by asking "why not" consider your product instead of passively accepting objections, pushing both yourself and the customer beyond comfort zones to discover new possibilities.
