How did David Ramsey balance two very different hit network TV shows during overlapping years?

In Episode #129 of The Silly Nerdy and Wordy Podcast, I take a nerdy look at Blue Bloods & Arrow: The David Ramsey Effect—exploring Ramsey’s time as Mayor Carter Poole on Blue Bloods while also starring as John Diggle/Spartan on Arrow.

From New York City to Vancouver, this episode looks at the behind-the-scenes logistics that potentially came with working across both shows, including different characters, dialogue, blocking, physical demands, and Ramsey’s involvement in the increasingly ambitious Arrowverse crossovers.

It’s a look beyond the characters and into the work, coordination, and discipline involved in contributing to two successful television worlds during the same period.

Which David Ramsey role stands out more to you—John Diggle/Spartan or Mayor Carter Poole?
