you're not "too tired", you're just AFRAID (which is normal - here's the fix)
Grant lannin
Exhaustion is frequently a psychological illusion rooted in fear rather than a genuine lack of physical energy. The brain, attempting to protect the individual, overestimates the difficulty of unknown tasks to avoid potential failure. True vitality is not a finite resource to be conserved but a reward granted through action and the courage to confront the unknown. By embracing "a thousand deaths"—repeatedly overcoming the fears that keep one on the sidelines—the individual sheds their limited, fearful self and accesses a higher state of being. This process requires faith in one's personal path and the willingness to act despite uncertainty. Ultimately, the most exhausting state is inaction; once an individual commits to their truth and pushes through the initial wall of fear, they unlock the energy necessary to sustain their purpose and achieve meaningful personal growth.
