By identifying as the "higher self"—the courageous, action-oriented version of the individual—one can dismantle these parasitic anxieties. This transformation requires leaning into discomfort, specifically by mastering practical skills like sales and marketing, which provide a path to independence regardless of current circumstances. The belief that one is weak or incapable is a learned lie; in reality, the "beast" version of the self is already present and waiting to be unleashed through consistent, disciplined action. Rather than waiting for motivation or energy, one must recognize that the "hero" within is accessed only by walking through fear. Ultimately, the choice to identify with the part of oneself that overcomes rather than the part that fears determines one's trajectory and ability to build a desired reality.
