In this episode, Sathiya dismantles the common but harmful practice of porn recovery streak counting. He explains why focusing on day-by-day streaks creates a counterproductive positive feedback loop that tends to reinforce addiction and shame cycles. Instead, he proposes a revolutionary shift toward tracking broader trends over time, supported by a heart and root-based approach that tackles underlying issues like trauma and core beliefs. The episode also emphasizes the value of community and accountability in long-term recovery and includes practical tools such as a free progress tracker spreadsheet and a free book to guide listeners toward lasting freedom.
