A pinched nerve can result in a debilitating amount of pain and loss of function for a dancer. For one patient, getting help with chiropractic care wasn’t just about pain relief, it was about unlocking higher levels of performance and well-being!

In this episode of What Chiropractic Doesn’t Cure: Stories of Innate, I speak with Dr. Joshua Gelber. He is a chiropractor in Toronto, at Annex Family Chiropractic, where he sees a wide variety of folks from university students to children, to seniors who want to stay active. I love his dedication to education and his sense of humor as he shares stories.

Dr. Gelber has a fabulous way of asking for reviews and a photo with patients, building up a stock of chiro stories. He shares his system, and how he uses specific wording to take his own ego out of the equation and focus on what really matters.

We also discuss what he wishes more people knew about the power of posture and movement.
