In this episode of What Chiropractic Doesn’t Cure: Stories of Innate, Jenna sits down with Dr. Halina Krupa, a chiropractor practicing in Georgia, to share a deeply personal story. After Dr. Krupa’s daughter experienced a severe concussion following an assault at school, their entire family entered a long season of healing, uncertainty, and adaptation.

Dr. Krupa reflects on the emotional toll, the realities of nervous system dysregulation, and the importance of patience when progress feels slow. This conversation explores faith in the body’s ability to self-regulate, honoring mental health, and why healing rarely follows a straight line. It is a grounded reminder that progress often comes through small, steady changes over time.
