Wealth preservation is significantly more challenging than wealth creation, as most fortunes vanish within two generations due to systemic "hunting" and personal mismanagement. External threats include predatory financial services, immigration scams, and parasitic social circles, while internal failures often stem from emotional instability, blind business expansion, and the common error of misclassifying liabilities—such as luxury assets—as true wealth. Individuals are merely temporary custodians of capital in a fluctuating market; therefore, lasting legacy relies on cultivating "cultural capital"—the intangible skills, ethics, and resilience that enable individuals to navigate economic cycles independently. Rather than obsessing over material inheritance, which can become a burden, one should prioritize the transmission of a strong mental and moral foundation to ensure long-term survival and prosperity across generations.
