Psychic ability is only part of what determines how effectively a spiritual practitioner can work with energy. Capacity, discernment, belief, energetic boundaries, and the ability to hold and direct energy all influence what a practitioner can actually do with their gifts.

In this live Psychic Gifts & Energetic Capacity Assessment, Kelle Sparta works with licensed acupuncturist Lisa Nicholson to explore how Lisa’s intuitive and energetic abilities function alongside her science-grounded professional practice. Kelle evaluates four categories of psychic ability: Sensor, Messenger, Traveler, and Energy Manipulator, examining both Lisa’s current use of each gift and what may be limiting her development.

The conversation also explores energetic capacity as something that can expand over time. Kelle explains how energetic “leaks,” belief, intention, and confidence affect the amount of energy a practitioner can hold and direct—and why someone’s capacity score can actually decrease after significant growth because their potential has expanded.

For practitioners who balance analytical thinking with intuitive perception, Lisa’s experience offers an especially useful example of integrating spiritual abilities without abandoning professional grounding.
