So this episode is the first of a twelve-part series - one that’s completely free, and designed to help you reverse engineer the life you want whilst I'm on my mat leave.

While I’m gone, I’ll be passing the mic to some incredible experts who’ll take you through episodes we’ve worked really hard to build together. These are people I love, who've genuinely shaped how I think about mindset, identity, money, health, relationships, social media.
