After 28 months of "skin in the game" building AI businesses, this is the complete analysis of the industry and a look at what's coming in 2026. 🚀 This is not theory; it's pattern recognition from the trenches.

We’ll talk about:

Why AI is not a technology bubble (but the VC/startup scene definitely is) and why "AI Doomerism" is officially dead.
The "unscraped data" moat: why Elon Musk's X AI has a unique advantage thanks to data from X, Tesla, and the Optimus robots.
How Reinforcement Learning (RL) is the real breakthrough, why open-source models (like GLM 4.6) are now beating closed-source, and why smaller, faster models are often more useful.
The "Infinite Money Glitch": why NVIDIA is the only one making real profits and why compute is the true bottleneck, not data or talent.
A look at the multi-hour agent breakthrough, the coming labor disruption, and the counter-intuitive reason why learning to code is about to become "sexy" again.
