Ever wonder why some AI projects fail? They skip the most critical step. This is Part 1 of our guide to AI Agents. We'll show you the 3 core parts: Models (like GPT-4), Tools (like APIs), and the "secret" to quality - the 4 types of Evals. Stop building dumb bots and start building real doers. 🤫

We'll talk about:

What an AI Agent really is (Hint: It's a "doer," not just a "talker").
The big difference between a normal chatbot and a multi-step AI Agent.
The 2 main types of Agents: "Less Autonomous" (you control it) and "Highly Autonomous" (it controls itself).
The 3 "ingredients" you must have: Models (the brains), Tools (the hands), and Evals (the quality check).
The "secret" to success: Why "Evals" are the most important part that most people skip.
A deep look at the 4 types of Evals, with clear examples for each.
