“Shape up or ship out”才不是“整理好发船”，真实意思超强硬

不少小伙伴看到 “shape up or ship out” 这个表达可能会困惑，

“shape” 是形状，“up” 是向上，“ship out” 好像是“用船运出去”，

字面直译有点像“整理好、发船离开”，听起来和“工作态度”有什么关系？
