In this episode, we meet Emma one of our amazing listeners who has listened to nearly every single episode on the podcast!

Emma is on the mid-north coast, Port Macquarie. She works in an animal shelter that she adores working in.

Emma and her husband have been together for 15 years and started trying for a family when they got married and it took a while to get pregnant. Emma was diagnosed with PCOS and endrimesios.

Her first two pregnancies unfortunately ended in miscarriages which was heartbreaking when they had longed for a baby for so long.

She now has three beautiful boys, two that were born by C-Section and a third baby who was born at home when Emma decided at 30 weeks to just go for it and stop joking about homebirth and make it a reality.

Emma's story tells a story about a woman who kept trying despite setbacks and challenges.

I love the many things that Emma was faced with and she found a way around and back to her heart's calling. She believed in herself. Set herself up with the support, knowledge, and empowerment she needed and she birthed her baby on her terms.
