What happens to human intelligence in a world increasingly dominated by artificial intelligence?

In this special conversation, Dr. JC Doornick sits down with world-renowned brain coach and bestselling author Jim Kwik to explore his new book, Limitless Daily, and why developing our own minds may be more important now than ever.

As AI becomes faster, smarter, and more integrated into everyday life, Jim makes the case that Artificial Intelligence still depends on Human Intelligence—our ability to think critically, ask better questions, remain curious, learn faster, remember what matters, and consciously direct our attention.

But becoming limitless isn't something you do once. It's something you practice daily.

Jim shares the philosophy behind Limitless Daily, a book designed to give you a powerful lesson, insight, or mental reset every day of the year. Think of it as daily training for your brain—a way to intentionally win the morning before the world gets a chance to program your mind for you.

JC also shares how reading Limitless Daily each morning became an unexpected companion during his cancer recovery, often delivering exactly the lesson, perspective, or question he needed that particular day.

This conversation explores brain health, focus, memory, mindset, morning routines, lifelong learning, the relationship between AI and HI, and what it really means to become limitless—not by doing more, but by learning how to better use the most powerful technology you'll ever possess:

Your own mind.

If you've been wondering how to stay focused, capable, creative, and distinctly human in the age of AI, this conversation with Jim Kwik is one you won't want to miss.
