Before joining Airtree, he spent most of his career in Silicon Valley at renowned firms such as Dragoneer, D1 Capital Partners and General Atlantic, investing in some of the most interesting consumer and enterprise companies in technology (Airbnb, Appfolio, Atlassian, Gitlab, Gusto, Samsara, Spotify, Uber).

Kell was born in Sydney, Australia and has recently returned back to Sydney after spending the last 14 years in the US.
