I had expectations of what this chapter of life would bring but hadn’t allowed life to happen. I kept trying to control what I thought this would all look like and completely forgot this was my first real reps in each situation.

I give myself grace for understanding simply this is 25. This is what happens when you start operating at the frequency you’ve always worked towards. It’s easy to manifest without considering the potential pitfalls that will be required to get there.

I’ve gotten much better at that since the age of 21 when I really started taking my mental game seriously

A message I have to myself today is that you’re going to be okay. Be grateful for the fact your awareness picked it up and now the only move forward is to remember and move intentionally everyday.
