This initiative highlights the historical and artistic value of audio storytelling, featuring "deep cuts" from renowned producers like David Isay, Demay Roberts, and Gregory Whitehead, as well as archival pieces from NPR and the Kitchen Sisters. The series aims to help listeners "build their ear muscle" by revisiting influential works such as the John Cage-scored *The City Wears a Slouch Hat* and the Jonestown documentary *Father Cares*. The inaugural episode, launching September 8th, commemorates the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks with *The Sonic Memorial*, an immersive documentary exploring the life and sounds of the World Trade Center. This curated retrospective serves as both a preservation of audio's past and a masterclass in the evolution of the medium.
