A Haymitch line from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has an unexpected connection to Sunrise on the Reaping.

Back in 2013, Woody Harrelson’s Haymitch said he thought the Games were going to be different. Now, more than a decade later, those words return in the trailer for a film centered on a younger Haymitch and his own Hunger Games.

It may simply be an incredible coincidence, but hearing the same character and actor connect these two stories 13 years apart makes this a fun detail to catch on a Catching Fire rewatch.
