In Thursday’s episode of The Daily T, Camilla Tominey and Tim Stanley discuss how Andy Burnham’s controversial plan to distribute asylum seekers to middle-class constituencies is causing problems for Labour MPs, including York Central’s Rachael Maskell. She is opposed to housing asylum seekers at a local RAF base, despite her long-standing pro-refugee rhetoric.

Plus, with voting under way in the Clacton by-election, Camilla and Tim have spoken to two candidates vying for votes in Essex – William Clouston of the Social Democratic Party, and the intergalactic politician Count Binface, candidate for Planet Sigma 9.
