While states like Samadhi involve minimal physical contact, they require a protected environment to avoid life-threatening imbalances. Ultimately, genuine spiritual growth necessitates transcending physical limitations through dedicated sadhana, as every action—whether an attempt to heal or a simple daily task—operates within the inescapable framework of cause and effect.
