Zongertinib demonstrates robust efficacy, achieving a 71% response rate in previously treated patients and 77% in the frontline setting, with a favorable safety profile characterized by low discontinuation rates. While Sevabertinib also shows impressive response rates exceeding 60%, its broader inhibition of both HER2 and EGFR leads to increased gastrointestinal and dermatological toxicities.
