This scalable, mechanical intervention currently provides fortified food to 75 million people daily, with an ambitious goal to reach one billion people within a decade. The efficacy of this approach is underscored by the personal experience of the founder, whose son’s health and development significantly improved after incorporating necessary nutrients into his restricted diet. By partnering with governments to mandate fortification standards and training local inspectors, this initiative transforms a simple, low-cost technology into a systemic solution for global malnutrition.
