Instead of chasing feature requests out of fear, prioritize the development of high-quality, cohesive product experiences. Relying on long-term predictions often results in regret, as shifting priorities and evolving technology render early commitments obsolete. Successful product design requires the courage to say no, maintaining the flexibility to pivot, and focusing on delivering excellence rather than merely fulfilling a list of customer-requested tasks.
