Matthew Derella runs the ads business at LinkedIn, a platform with over 1 billion professionals.

A recent guest on this podcast told me you have two years left to build a personal brand before AI floods the feed. He shared the numbers behind it: founders who post regularly on LinkedIn are 71% more likely to drive business on the platform, video is growing at over 20%, and 3 out of 4 CMOs now say a media plan without a creator is incomplete. Stay till the end for his 3 steps to start on LinkedIn in 2026
