You've done the therapy. You've attended the retreats. You've read the books. So why do the same patterns keep returning?

In this episode, Kelle Sparta explores one of the most frustrating experiences on the spiritual path: doing years of personal growth work without experiencing lasting transformation. She explains why healing isn't a linear process, how identity shapes lasting change, and why many practitioners unknowingly reinforce the very patterns they're trying to overcome.

Whether you're a spiritual practitioner, coach, healer, or someone deeply committed to personal development, this episode will help you recognize where your growth may be stalling and how to move forward with greater clarity, discernment, and self-compassion.
