Sam Gordon is the founder of Australian Property Scout, a buyers agency with the mission to retire 500 Australians by 2030.

We've had Sam on the podcast a number of times to unpack property investment strategies and hear how the market is moving. However, we've never unpacked Sam's personal story. Until now.

Tune in to learn about:

How Sam bought his first apartment
The resources Sam used to educate himself
Why property investing is active not passive
How Sam found himself sleeping in a backyard to renovate his property
Sam's experience getting burnt by a buyers agent
The founding story of Australian Property Scout
Where Sam's portfolio is up to today
