In this episode of the Planet MicroCap Podcast, I spoke with Maj Soueidan, founder of GeoInvesting and MS MicroCaps, to dig into what three decades of micro-cap investing actually teaches you - including the lessons that only come from painful round trips and hard resets.

We break down his current stance on speaking with management and what that's revealed about hunting in the right universe, how he's using AI to sharpen his information arbitrage edge without losing the manual process that built it, and what the 120-bagger experience of KORU Medical Systems really required psychologically to hold through. We also touch on the one thing he wishes he'd understood earlier in his career — risk management. We mention several companies during this conversation and I'm not a shareholder in any of them.
