Disciple-Making Movements (DMMs) utilize the "God's Heart and the Four Fields" framework to facilitate rapid, multiplying generations of spiritual growth. This strategy centers on a biblical vision for global salvation fueled by sustained prayer, fasting, and abiding in Christ. The process follows a four-stage agricultural analogy: entering "empty fields" to find the lost or train the saved, "sowing" the gospel through simple tools like the Three Circles, "growing" disciples in Three-Thirds or accountability groups, and "harvesting" by forming healthy, reproducing local bodies of believers. Leadership development is the engine of this movement, employing a "Model, Assist, Watch, and Leave" (MAWL) apprenticeship approach to ensure skills are passed to the fourth generation and beyond. By using the Four Fields as a coaching checklist and generational map, practitioners can identify growth areas and maintain movement health under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
